The statistics of World Health Organization (WHO) show 56.4M people die due to ten most dangerous diseases which are clearly mentioned and explained.
1.Ischemic heart diseases (Coronary Artery Diseases)-CAD
According to WHO statistics of 2015 there were 8.8M deaths which is 15.5% after rise from (6M – 8.8M) in year (2000-2015).
CAD is resulted when blood vessels that supply blood to heart become narrowed.
Untreated CAD leads to chest pain and heart failure which can cause death.
Effects are progressing to decline in developed countries like United States and European countries but for developing countries still more people suffer

- High blood pressure (HBP)
- Cholesterol
- Smoking
- Overweight

Prevention of CAD
- Exercise regularly
- Maintain health weight
- Avoid smoking
- Eat balanced diet, rich in sodium (Na) and high in fruits and vegetables

2.Stroke
About 6.5M deaths in 2015 (11.1%) due to stroke
Stroke occur when Artery in brain is broked or leaks cause oxygen deprived brain cells to begin dying within minutes.When stroke occur you feel numbness and confusion or having difficult in walking and seeing. If stroke is untreated cause long term disability
Early treated people are less likely to acquire disability and 94% knew sudden numbness on one side was stroke symptoms , only 38% knew all symptoms.

3.Lower respiratory infections
